Terms and Conditions

Effective and last updated:

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Limitline (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, guest alerts, and accounts. Please read them before using the service. By using Limitline, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Limitline provides

Limitline displays sports information and sportsbook odds and lets you request a notification when an observed price meets your chosen condition. An “order,” “limit,” “stop,” or “alert” in Limitline is a notification request. It is not a wager, a financial trade, or an instruction for us to place a bet.

We do not accept stakes, hold betting funds, access your sportsbook account, or place or settle wagers. A planned stake or potential return shown in the service is an illustration, not a payment or a promised payout. You decide independently whether to visit a sportsbook and place a bet.

2. Eligibility and responsible use

You must be at least 18 and meet any higher legal age requirement for sports betting in your location. Use the service only where doing so is lawful. Access to Limitline does not establish your eligibility to bet with any sportsbook or authorize betting in a restricted location.

Sports betting involves the risk of losing money. Our information and alerts are not personalized betting, financial, or investment advice, and do not guarantee a winning result. You are responsible for your decisions and any wagers you choose to place. Do not bet money you cannot afford to lose.

3. Accounts and contact details

Provide accurate information and use an email address you control. Keep your sign-in codes and account access private, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not impersonate another person or create alerts that send messages to someone who has not agreed to receive them.

You may create one guest alert without an account. Guest access depends on a browser session; clearing cookies or changing devices may prevent you from managing it in that session. Creating an account can preserve your guest alert and preferences. Contact us if you need help stopping an alert you can no longer access.

4. How alerts work and their limitations

  • Your selected condition. An alert watches the selection, sportsbook, market, and target condition you save. A target that is already met may trigger immediately. Review these details before creating an alert.
  • Periodic observations. We check available data periodically. “Live” and “real time” describe frequently updated information, not a continuous or instantaneous feed. A price may change between checks, and we may miss a target that is met only briefly.
  • Account-specific prices. Displayed odds may differ from prices in your sportsbook account because of location, account conditions, promotions, availability, or timing. We do not verify the price offered to you personally.
  • Delivery. Notifications can be delayed, filtered, duplicated, or fail because of provider errors, outages, spam filtering, incorrect contact details, or device and browser settings. A status of “sent” means the delivery provider accepted the message; it does not confirm arrival in your inbox, display on your device, or that you read it.
  • Expiration. Game alerts generally stop when completion is reported or an applicable safety deadline is reached. Delayed, postponed, or missing event data can affect expiration. Longer events and tournament-winner markets may remain open longer; cancel an alert you no longer want.
  • Saved alerts. Closing your browser or signing out does not cancel an alert. You can pause or cancel open alerts in the dashboard. Each alert keeps its saved recipient details even if you later change your profile defaults.

Scores, charts, prices, and availability may be incomplete or inaccurate. Historical charts show observations we have collected and may not include every price change. Clearly labeled examples may use made-up data. Always confirm the selection, current odds, and sportsbook rules before placing a wager.

5. Notification consent

When you create an alert, you authorize the notification for that alert using the contact details you provide. This does not subscribe you to marketing. We also send email sign-in codes when you request them. Test alerts send real emails.

You can stop an open alert through your dashboard or follow the manage/stop link in an alert email. A message already accepted for delivery may still arrive after a stop request. Text alerts are not currently enabled, and entering a phone number does not enroll you in SMS.

Push requires a compatible browser or installed web app, notification permission, and an internet connection. You choose push separately for each alert. It goes to the device selected when the alert was created, which may show the message on its lock screen. Turn push off using Notifications or your browser or device settings; this does not cancel email delivery for the same alert. Test notifications do not consume an alert credit.

6. Free allowances and future subscriptions

The current guest allowance is one free alert. Free registered accounts receive 10 new alerts per calendar day, resetting at midnight UTC. Unused daily alerts do not roll over. An alert uses an allowance when it is created; pausing, cancelling, expiration, or a delivery failure does not automatically restore that allowance.

Odds movement graphs require the Unlimited plan. The advertised $29-per-month unlimited plan is coming soon. Paid checkout and automatic subscription billing are not currently enabled. Using a free account or guest alert does not enroll you in a paid plan.

If paid plans become available, the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation process, and any refund terms will be presented before you agree to purchase. Changes to free allowances will be communicated before they apply. Abuse-prevention limits may still apply to any plan.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Limitline to break the law, harass others, send unwanted messages, submit content you have no right to use, or infringe someone else’s rights. You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or use automated requests that evade safeguards or disrupt normal operation.

Do not create multiple accounts or manipulate guest identifiers to evade alert allowances. Do not harvest users’ information or resell access to the service without our permission. These restrictions do not limit activities that applicable law expressly permits.

8. Content, images, and third parties

You retain ownership of profile content you provide. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, process, resize, and display that content as needed to operate your account and the service. This does not transfer ownership of your content or give us permission to use it in unrelated advertising.

Limitline’s software, design, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Sports data, names, logos, and athlete images may belong to their respective owners. Third-party image licenses and attributions are listed in Image Credits; nothing in these Terms overrides those licenses or gives you ownership of third-party material.

Links and references to sportsbooks, leagues, teams, or data providers do not by themselves imply endorsement or affiliation. External websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their prices, account decisions, betting limits, settlements, or availability.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and disclose information, including contact details, alert history, cookies, and third-party services. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@betlimitline.com.

10. Availability, suspension, and service changes

Features, supported sports, sportsbooks, and data sources may change, and maintenance or outages may interrupt the service. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues, legal requirements, or technical problems. We will provide notice where reasonably possible and required by law.

You may stop using Limitline at any time. Cancel open alerts separately if you no longer want notifications, and contact us to request account deletion. Any suspension or closure remains subject to rights you have under applicable law.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted access, error-free data, successful notification delivery, availability of a quoted price, or a particular betting result.

To the extent permitted by law, Limitline is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or missed betting opportunities resulting from use of the service, including delayed or unavailable data or alerts. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or intentional misconduct, or excludes or limits any liability, warranty, remedy, or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Questions, disputes, and applicable rights

If you have a concern about the service, contact info@betlimitline.com so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us does not restrict your right to use available courts, regulators, or other remedies, and does not extend any legal filing deadline.

These Terms are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections where you live. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

13. Updates and contact

We may revise these Terms as the service changes. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date. For material changes, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain agreement where required by law. Changes will apply prospectively and will not remove rights that have already accrued.

For questions about these Terms, contact Limitline at info@betlimitline.com.
